COMPLAINTS
We have no intention of policing the industry, but we are all interested in eliminating
bad practice. The complaints system allows you to complain about Training Organisations,
First Aid Association, individual trainers and other related matters. We will take your
complaints seriously and we will allow all parties access to a fair and independent process.
We have a range of powers to deal with the issues or people you complain about.
In the first instance you should address your complaints to us in writing.
